In what has been an exceptionally busy time for this practice, I have received nothing but the best care from the doctors. In particular. I want to thank the receptionists and admin team for exceptional and speedy administration, remaining calm and helpful at all times and responding with speed and efficiency to every query. Thank you very much, a great admin team to be proud of.

myself and my husband have been patients here for over 25 years. We have always received the best of care. In the past few weeks we have both had health issues which have been dealt with quickly and with much care. There is never a time when appointments are not available which is wonderful considering all of the awful media reports.

I have felt very grateful for more than 20 years now as a user of Bincote Surgery's excellent services. The doctors have been absolute lifesavers, always attending to patients' well-being, following up on any problem large or small, demonstrating great competency every single time. They keep their patients as healthy as can be hoped for and do this with great empathy. Add to this administrative staff which is responsive, helpful and just plain nice and I can only say positive things about Bincote.

Only telephone appointments, and you are lucky to speak to a doctor, let alone actually see one. Although the receptionists are helpful, a doctor was extremely rude when I finally did speak to one. You are asked to send in a photo of your complaint, which, in my view is ridiculous. A patient should be seen and not play a guessing game with a photo. Good luck if you actually manage to see a doctor.

All options duscussed and quick referral. Good all round surgery. Small practice means that doctors are personable and know your issues well. Makes a huge difference!
