All staff have been amazing!! The reception team was extremely supportive and both GPs I saw were very helpful, considerate and caring in their approach. Many thanks!!

Phoned on time, left a message as my phone doesn’t except no ID calls so I was ready to except the call when he rang back.

Took me a while to get through to the surgery but once I got through to reception I was able to get an appointment for that same day and I also got my bloods checked while I was there very quickly receptionist very helpful and friendly

Given conflicting advice by reception staff Once through to the correct people everything was good Reception staff although polite need further training to give out the correct information and they all need to be giving the correct information Medical staff were great

Quick and fast referral but as usual will not get any feed back of the results as I will not be able to get a doctor to confirm but will be told by the receptionist that there’s nothing there
