My wife has to have regular blood tests and medication and we have experienced multiple and repeated issues with failed appointments, failure to take the blood, taking the wrong blood tests, printing wrong forms, repeated errors in her regular prescriptions. Even when we write in and tell them of the issues and the remedy they do not resolve them. If some of the staff there had to pay the NHS £10 every time they made a mistake, they would end up working for nothing.

Submitted a prescription request online and additional notes regarding specific medication brand were ignored and not included for pharmacy.

Staff rude and unhelpful whenever or whatever the contact was about GP responses non existent and total and utter appalling disinterest in the care of my elderly mother
