I was unable to access services as I am not free between 8.30 and 10.30am due to being a nurse and being at work. Only able to request things on the day between those times makes it impossible for those working in certain jobs. This is not the first problem I have encountered with the surgery since having my little girl.

I have been registered with this doctors for quite a while but only had to go recently as I was very unwell. All the staff, doctor and nurses that I dealt with were very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend so thank you

Contact with my gP was swift and efficient. I felt heard and validated. I am great-full that I am registered at Birley.

Used askmygp this morning worried about a mole(at surgery for blood tests) seen immediately by physician associate and reassured. Wonderful service!!
