Have had to visit this practice a few times over January with some health issues . At all times my appointment request has been accommodated and the Drs have listened to my concerns and have shown they care about my well being . A very nicely run and caring GP Surgery

This Gp Staffa drs are not helpful and normally ignored about the topics from people. They just think everything is normal . I have problems my self and my daughter . Very difficult to get appointments and when we got they just say it’s normal. My daughter having so many issues and they say she is playing if she is eating it’s kids it’s nothing to worry. Previous drs are so experienced and helpful now not like before not solving any issues which we are having …. So disappointing.

Terrible practice leaves my child's vaccines a month overdue as they keep cancelling appointments and meeting me around and never get a face to face appointment for my son as they are suppose to listen to his chest as his prone to bronchitis, repeat prescription are never done neither are references to hospital, worst doctors ever.

The practice changes appointment and without communicating to the patient. They don't even want to acknowledge their mistake or apologies for the inconvenience cause to the patient

I was diagnosed with long covid with the symptoms of brain fog which at the moment has no text book diagnosis. If it wasn't for the doctor's ingenious suggestion of brain training to clear the brain fog I would still have it today.
