I attended today for a diabetes review. My nurse was very pleasant, professional and thorough, explaining everything clearly to me.

I had a routine blood pressure test. I found the lady on the front desk very friendly and smiley! The lady who took my test was efficient, relatable and easy to get along with. I found her professional and informative.

I called to get an appointment for an ear infection, pratice nurse called to do a phone consultation and then asked be to go in for an examination. Want straight away and walked straight in to see the nurse, examined and prescribed antibiotics. The bast service from the doctors I have received in the last 10 years, if every appointment was like this the NHS would be back to being brilliant.

My visits to the surgery was for a swelling in my foot which is causing problems. The matter was addressed as were a number of other difficulties I am having. The approach taken gave me great confidence as has the follow up I have had. Excellent service all round

Rang today waited 1 hour 15 mins only to be told I couldn’t book an appointment. Went on line at 8.00 pm chose an appointment and whilst I was typing what the appointment was for the appointment had gone. It’s totally impossible to get an appointment it’s frustrating hanging on the line and to be told nothing available then the online one - once the appointment is selected it should be locked until the reason for the appointment is finished and it is booked. The 8.00 am scramble for appointments is a joke and it seems the 8.00 pm one is too. The recorded message at the beginning of the answering service is too long - there is no need for all the info - it should be attached to the number of service you select. You just go round in circles and it adds to your stress. On the miracle of an occasion you get to see a Dr the service is good. Please sort out the appointment system - allow booking for a week in advance or a few days in advance.

Dear Geraldine, I am sorry that when you contacted the surgery you could not be offered an appointment. We are currently experiencing increased demand on our services and only have a limited number of appointments available. Unfortunately we are not able to offer above this limited demand as we must ensure patient safety. Please be assured our clinicians are working to their full capacity and new appointments are available daily. I am also sorry to see that you have struggled to contact the Practice via the telephone. We are currently experiencing increased demand on our telephone lines, which has resulted in longer wait times. Our patient services team have been working very hard to answer calls under the additional pressure. However, I recognise that difficulties in accessing the Practice can be extremely frustrating for our patients and I apologise unreservedly for any upset or inconvenience. You can also request an appointment by attending the Practice reception from 8am. Kind regards, Frankie Patient Experience Team

I must make it clear that I fully support the Practice and the difficult conditions they are experiencing. However, I have been trying to book my second shingles jab and I can’t get through to anyone. Your poor staff must be run off their feet! I would willingly and happily book online but I can’t find how to do this. Is this service available?

Today was quite good .Appointment was on time .Vert pleasant receptionist I had to see the nurse which was a pleasant experience .Not much activity so can't say whether there were any more staff such as Doctors available .So unlike when patients were actually being seen daily
