Very happy today as previously wait times had seemed to have been longer at blackfriars, but today I called up wanting to speak to my GP and my call was answered quickly. My gp called me back the same day and I feel reassured and listened to. Great service.

I am currently pregnant, and my pregnancy has not been going smoothly. Despite this, each time I contact the practice, my requests are promptly answered. Whenever I run out of my prescription and call the practice, they respond very quickly. I am extremely pleased and happy with the service I receive from everyone. Their timely and efficient support has been invaluable during this challenging time.

I had an appointment today at Blackfriars MP, and I was very pleased with the level of care I received. The new doctor was extremely professional, took the time to listen to all of my concerns, and provided clear, actionable steps towards improving my health. The whole experience smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend this practice to anyone in need of good medical care.

Very professional, detailed and polite. All questions I had regarding my issue was answered and detailed explanation was provided of the reasons, causes and next steps. Happy with the service provided great practice. Short wait time.

I had a skin lesion I needed checking and I was seen the very next day. The reception were helpful and the doctor gave me a good examination and made me feel at ease.

I saw one of your Physician Associates today, they were absolutely wonderful, listened to all of my worries & went above and beyond. Thank you so much to her & the GP who saw me, they are brilliant clinicians:)

I have been registered with the practice for more than 4 years. My experience of dealing with the doctors from the day one has been great. The two GPs who I deal with on the regular basis, and specially the one I dealt with yesterday are super helpful. The lady doctor is caring , kind, a great listener and professional. She went the extra mile to help me and I can’t thank enough for that . Thank you Blackfriars for having such a great team of GPs.
