    I have been registered with the surgery for the last 2.5 years and they were always supportive and give the right care. Fast response and respectful attitude.

    Very contradictory when saying they are accepting new patients on NHS website but I have been trying to register for over a year now. Have not received any correspondence within 14 days on any of my applications. I am currently without a GP as I have moved and have been trying to deal with health issues on my own or wasting hospital time. I get directed to their 'AskMyGP' on their website and I have been sat at my desk at work two days in a row and it has not been active once.

    Reception are rude & unhelpful.. ask you for private information that you dont want the whole world hearing. They then repeat what you say again loudly..its so embarrassing & uncomfortable.
