Attended Blacksock Road surgery yesterday without an appointment after experiencing a TIA I was seen almost immediately by the duty GP , who referred me to the cardiovascular dept. at RHH,where I was MRI and tested this morning. In conclusion, I cannot stress enough how impressed I have been by the efficiency, and ,perhaps , just as importantly, the kindness and understanding shown by the medical and reception staff at Sloan Practice, Blackstock Road at a worrying time for me, the patienr

I recently attended at Blackstock Rd surgery with a chest Infection. The doctor was very thorough and prescribed antibiotics.

Went in feeling really low and in extreme pain but came out in a lot better frame of mind and reassured about the pain and sending me for a scan great Doctor

From booking appointments to seeing the doctor all staff are extremely professional whilst also being friendly and approachable. Always happy to help no matter how big or small the problem is

I came to see the doctor yesterday about some blood results and the advice and reassurance I was given I could not fault. Do professional but also so caring and had empathy. My main branch is Chesterfield Road but I cannot fault this practice. So glad I changed doctors.

So I had a text the day before saying how busy you were and that if I wanted to discuss multiple issues I had to book multiple appointments. Yet I turn up and only 1 person in before me who took 17 minutes and nobody behind me so struggling to understand why the dramatic text message day before

We have been with this excellent practice a long time 51 years me 62 my husband the doctors always take Time to give excellent medical advice with kindness and patience and understanding it's still the same as it was back in the day it asnt altered at all the receptionist are always helpful and the nurses take time to help

The young female GP was welcoming but very efficient. I felt the visit to access my prescription was successful to my future health.
