Review titled Not a care in the world
Rated 1 star out of 5
by Anonymous - Posted on 23 July 2024
The receptions at this GP are convinced they are knowing your symptoms and the issues you’re facing better than you and the doctors at the practice! I’ve been refuse to see while suffering with infection during pregnancy and send to the pharmacist who is not qualified to help me. On the phone is was a big ask to even speak with me and make appointment. Only after the pharmacist called the practice in my name they were finally able to call me back with an appointment to come to practice within 30 min for a short chat with doctor that could be make over the phone. How somebody with no medical background is able to advise me while pregnant?! Surly there should be different way to treat women to provide the best care for me and the baby.

Review titled Doctor went above and beyond
Rated 5 stars out of 5
by Clare - Posted on 20 November 2023
I have just moved to the area and registered with Blundellsands Surgery. I recently attended an appointment relating to my young daughter. The doctor was very thorough when examining my daughter and took the time to explain what he needed to to us. He clearly outlined the treatment plan and phoned me the next day to check how my daughter was doing. The doctor went above and beyond to help and we were very grateful.

Review titled Great practice
Rated 5 stars out of 5

I am new to this practice from July 2022, my experience with this practice starts when you walk into the surgery. The people on reception are very helpful, friendly and go out of there way to help you with your problem. In this surgery I have never had any problem in seeing my GP. My GP is extremely understanding, caring and helpful to my condition. Overall, the GP practice is very professional.
