Our doctor is excellent my husband had a personal problem recently and it is never difficult to get an appointment to see him.

I called the surgery to make an appointment to see my Gp due to a change in an area of my skin having previously had skin cancers. I was seen the following day, referred to a specialist hub which saw me 2 days later and I am now waiting for some results. I also asked my lovely GP for some advice about a post op wound , I only had a single appointment but she was, as always, so pleasant and helpful. She prescribed for me there and then. I don’t normally take advantage as I am so so extremely lucky to be registered at this fabulous surgery especially when I hear the problems friends and neighbours have with theirs. I spoke to a helpful receptionist and was seen by an efficient nurse. I have always found this to be a well run surgury

I decided to get something checked out that I was worried about. This particular GP was cold and uncaring and made me feel like I was wasting her time. I felt terrible when I left. This is not the first time this has happened. I can see why patients put off seeing a GP when this is how you are treated. There are other GPs at this practice that are very good but you are told when booking you must see your allocated GP or you are challenged as to why you want to see someone else. This needs to be reviewed.

Submitted a request using the online system after lunch on a Friday and I had a reply within 2 hours telling me and apointment had been booked for an out of hours doctor the following day. Very efficient and makes it easier knowing I don’t have to wait on the phone and is more convenient. Also got straight through on the phone to book nasal flu for so and got an appointment within a few days . Would highly recconmend and have never had any issues.
