Very supportive Dr and receptionist. It was a wonderful experience. I can see a great improvement on the customer service desk as well as get treated by a Dr I prefered. Keep it up the good work to improve for more similar feedback that could support you identify area of improvement. Thank you.

The atmosphere was pleasing. Workers were polite and willing to go extra mile. The staff were cautious. I was able to ask questions and answers were given. My next apppointment was planned with me

Everyone in the surgery is very friendly the receptionist s are very conscientious. An amazing quality . The doctors I've seen are second to none . Very happy to be a patient here. Thank you You do deserve your outstanding rating And thank you for your care and attention.

I was dealt with quickly as always and in a professional and caring and friendly manner. I was alble rto check the results of a previous bllod test as well.

Had a great experience here as a new patient, registered quickly and had a Health Check with a very pleasant chap. Receptionists were very helpful with the registering process.

The surgery makes a telephone appointment and does not give the time. I always miss my appointment because i do not sit with my phone 24/7. This practice has to change because it is unworkable leaving sick desperate patients without advise.

Everything is good for all the staff and services are going well .when I come to Bolton General practice everything was so good nothing bad to say at all and still the staff and reception doing great job

Never any appointments, have to call at 8am on the day to be seen or go in practice at 8am as cant get on phones. Reception say Manager never there to speak to. Doctor good when I see him.
