Spoke to a lady gp at Birstall surgery who was kind and helpful with my issue. Recently saw a practice nurse at Border Drive and she was friendly and professional. Had smear test by nurse again really nice lady and kind. Receptionists always helpful. Thankyou

The website is down again for the third week. Need to order repeat prescriptions without having to visit Surgery and wait indefinitely for someone to answer the telephone.
