I called today after 11am to request a continual fit note. the phone was answered very quickly. The team member sent me a link , which was received instantly. Thank you Bordesley Green Surgery Team and keep up the good work.

Routine blood work appointment. I arrived 5 minures ewarly, was seen within 5 mins of appointment time. Bloods taken, friendly yet professional service received. Thank you

I needed a up to date letter regarding my health conditions. The team explained the process, passed on the request, and had the letter ready within the said time. I was worried I was going to miss my date for when the letter was needed. However, the practice team not only noted the date, they had the letter ready before this date. I thank you all.

I attended the GP practice as needed a last minute immunisation and the receptionists were very helpful and went out their way to help me. The receptionists were very friendly and the service was very fast, they were able to fulfil my needs within the same hour. Highly recommend, excellent GP service and practice!!!!
