I had an appointment today. I arrived 10 mins early. Checked in at reception I was asked my name and date of birth and told to take a seat. 45 mins later I go back to reception and ask how long is the delay as I need to get back yo work. The receptionist then said have you checked in? I replied yes with yourself to which she replied oh I forgot to sign you in I'm unsure if you can be seen now, take a seat ill double check. The receptionist then asks loudly in front of everyone what is it you're here for which is a confidential matter and certainly noy something i wanted to announce to all of the waiting room! She then tells me I can't be seen and will need to rebook which at the earliest which is 5 weeks! Absolutely shocking customer service!

I have had great treatment of the doctors with my recent problems and the old receptionist is brilliant but the receptionist working today 15.3 I have had many a problem with. She is rude awkward and very unhelpful.
