My mother is at present in great pain and is awaiting a 6 week course of high dosage antibiotics. She has been to two hospitals and had a doctor and paramedics visit her at home and all of them say she desperately needs antibiotics. She gets more unwell daily and constantly gets told by you that the hospital has not sent through the prescription. My sister has contacted the hospital who assured her that it has been sent through to you, my sister sent you a copy of it, but still nothing. If my mother dies in agony because she cannot get her prescription from your surgery it will not be because we didn’t try.

I couldn’t get through to the doctor for 2 weeks. My call was on hold for 2 hours. I was fourth in queue. But still no results, because after 2 hours they hung up. From 8:30 am I was waiting for 2 hours until 10:30. immediately called at 10:30 and waited another 2 hours until 12:30. When I tried to call at 12:30 they told me they were closed. After lunch I called for another hour and a half and again without success. This happens regularly every week. When the stars are on your side and luck smiles on you and they answer of course, after several days and several hours every day. They talk with reluctance and disrespect. And throughout the conversation they frightening me by saying that they will hang up now. But I did absolutely nothing to deserve this. After this conversation I feel humiliated and insulted. They were unhappy because they gave me an appointment. Which should take place in 15 minutes but we were still talking on the phone. And this is after I told them that my lower back hurts, I can’t move. And I have shooting pain below my back. Sorry, but how can I come there in such a short period of time in such a state and they tell me Well, if you don’t want to, we did everything we could. Just some kind of mockery of people. I cannot provide my work with sick leave on time and I'm not getting paid. It’s a shame and a pity that nowadays people still receive this kind of service. And this is only a part of everything that happens there.

I phoned for a doctors appointment told the member of staff what the problem was and then while the member of staff was on the phone to me she was talking to someone else then there was silence and then she asked again what the problem was and said to try again at 2pm for an appointment

From speaking to the very helpful receptionists to the in-depth and ongoing care I have received from the doctor, I am very thankful and appreciative of the wonderful support I have received during a difficult time . First class all the way. Thank you.

Asking all of us to call 8:30 to book app, obviously there will just few lucky ones who will get the rest keep trying. Mist will wait for hours and will try for days to get even through and even then most likely no availability Had 3 periods in one month, bled like somebody tried to slaughter me, that is not emergency to get appointment, all i received keep trying to call to book your appointment Humiliating service
