I had my flu shot today on Sunday at 9.30am. The Surgery held highly efficient and accessible weekend surgery on both Saturday and Sunday. This made the ability to get vaccinated both accessible and efficient. Surgery staff working with volunteers to make this the best process for all.

I unfortunately became quite unwell and the care I received at Bottisham GP Practice was amazing. From the receptionist getting me an appointment ASAP to the Doctors with their follow up appointments and checking in on me to ensure I was actually getting better. Every staff member I encountered were so kind and helpful. I was thoroughly impressed and very thankful.

Our surgery and patient participant group arrange regular meetings to keep the village informed about interesting topics. The doctors come and give talks and answer questions. We are encouraged to participate and they regularly put messages in the village magazines. Last night we had a talk about the new initiatives in the practice. Then a visiting consultant came to explain about a research project he is running about an eyesight and hearing check for over 50 s.

Always able to see a doctor on the same day when calling at 8.30 when talking to friends in other surgeries in Cambridge they are astounded! Today got an appointment at 9.20 to see Dr. Shackleton

Excellent service from GP went straight into practice did not phone and went in immediately to see GP Arrived at 9am at practice and seen immediately Then sent to have my big toe nail that had split in halve looked at and fixed A great experience Great service!

Once again upon visiting my GP service today - after only asking this morning to get an appointment I was then seen in the afternoon of the same day, I'm not surprised by this as my family & I have always had a great and very caring service from this practice throughout our 35-plus years of being registered with the Bottisham surgery. We would thoroughly recommend it to anybody who wants a first-class and caring GP service

We are so lucky to have Bottisham Medical Practice. The staff are diligent and attentive, even taking time to follow-up by phone out of the blue to check on my daughters health following our appointment, in light of new information received from other ongoing conditions observed in the community. Always manage to get an appointment when needed. All in all, cannot fault them and feel very privileged to have such a great service near-by.

Dispensary enquiry phoned after 12 noon as we are instructed to 5 times the last time let it ring for 8 minutes nobody answered so phoned general enquiries 3 times the last time for 5 minutes no answer have been registered 37 years at this surgery always spoke highly of it but not anymore a complete shambles of incompetence from top to bottom the place needs a clear out of doctors and admin staff now!!

Face to face appointment. Appointment was 15 minutes late. Doctor attentive, listened to my concerns and arranged changes to my medication and additional blood tests. A new appointment also arranged to review tests and progress in 4 weeks.

really happy with this practice … We visited recently with my toddler, who has been sick and as he cannot tell me what is wrong, i rather checked him properly… and i was again positively surprised about the practice and how everyone is nice
