Always have excellent service from the whole team, Always get an appointment when needed from the receptionist to the pharmacy. Needed a urgent appointment this morning and was given one straight away.

Have been a patient here for 25 years. In recent times new doctors have been brought into the practice and they’ve changed how they deal with patients wanting an appointment making it easier to be seen face-to-face. The whole practice along with the new doctors has a whole new more approachable and caring attitude towards patients. It’s like a totally different practice now. You feel like they care about you and know you rather than you are just one of a number. In my recent visit the doctor I saw was warm, welcoming, caring and above all really knowledgeable about the problems I was facing, she was able to at last give me the treatment I needed for a problem I’d had undiagnosed for several years. Can’t rate the overall care I received high enough!

We have recently moved from King’s Lynn and find Boughton to be a real community Practice with a caring, knowledgeable and professional attitude – a rare find these days. (I am not a ‘review’ leaver, but this seems to credit it!)
