    The section on the website to submit a new request needs to be clearer. The actual wording "submit a new request" is too small and embedded within the green rectangle. It isn't apparent to the user that you can click on this green rectangle. Maybe make it in the same style as the other buttons . Your reception was very patient and guided me through all of the steps so I was able to do what I needed. I really appreciated her assistance.

    I was going for a blood test had forgotten to pick up the paperwork from the surgery, I had made appointment and needed the paperwork straight away, I called the surgery and explained my problem. The surgery was just great, emailed the blood centre and me the papers. Quick easy great service and understanding Without drama. Just efficient. Thank you!

    New “triage” system is awful, woefully inadequate and inaccessible. Rang up to try and book an appointment, was directed to an online form with no offer of assistance to complete the form over the phone as the website indicates.

    Don’t call you, impossible to speak to a doctor, service is so bad, they don’t even confirm to pharmacy to collect your prescription so left suffering for 3 weeks.

    When I call they have always checked to see if there were cancellations on the day just in case and today a receptionist was able to fit me in for a telephone appointment almost immediately. Very helpful.

    I'm not sure if the receptionists and administrative staff understand how the appointment system works, or if the practice manager did not provide the staff proper training. Anytime I call to schedule a routine appointment. They all instructed me to call at 8 a.m. for a morning appointment or 12 p.m. for an afternoon appointment. Which, I feel, will be extremely beneficial for everyone who want to be seen on the day. However, in my case, I do not want to be seen on a day since I do not want to take appointments away from individuals who want urgent care. I am not sure why 100% of appointments are only released on the same day. Do they want everyone to call at exactly 8 a.m. or 12 p.m. every day? Imagine the volume of calls coming in at 8 a.m.

    The current on the day only booking system seems pretty inadequate, having spent a total of an hour on the phone today to only be told both this morning and afternoon that there’s no more availability is really not great. I’ve had progressive back pain for weeks, which I’d happily have had dealt with as an advanced appointment initially, but is now giving me real diffculities. And to now have to find another day where I can spend upwards of an hour waiting on a phone really isn’t what I need! Going to be looking for another surgery that can offer a more sensible service

    Had an appointment with the practice that the receptionist confirmed verbally. Never recieved a text. Turn up before the confirmed appointment and am told that you are 40 minutes late hence Nurse refuses to see me and turn me back. So apparently NHS employing incompetitve staff that have poor communication skill and lack of empathy is now my fault. On top of it there being no effective complaint procedure with timely resolution makes the staff complacent and patient has to bear the brunt of staff incompetence.

    I want to highlight how impressed I am with the service I have received from both Bounds Green Group Practice and the NHS. I received a referral from one of the dr’s for a MRI. I had the choice of 3 appointments and I could have gone to an appointment the next day but this was not convenient for me so I opted for one 3 weeks later. My results were then at the surgery within 7 working days and I had a telephone appointment 2 days later. The service has been very quick and the drs at Bounds Green Group Practice have been very helpful!
