I just wanted to say that in my recent dealings with this practice I have experienced fantastic service. At a time when the NHS is experiencing huge difficulties, I have received nothing but prompt, polite and professional care from every member of staff that I have dealt with. Reception staff, nurses and doctors. Thank you all and keep up the good work.

Been chasing smear results for 2 months after being told the letter will be posted in “10 days” This was a concern for me as back in 2019 I had abnormal cells so wanted to be reassured all was well. Rang numerous times. No one got back to me after saying they would chase it. I then physically went into the practise to be told the results came back ‘clear’ and that’s there’s nothing to worry about. The appointment was 25/1/23 I only now just received the letter dated 24/3/23 to state I am in fact HPV Positive and that I need a colposcopy which contradicts what I was told by reception. I get the pandemic has put people under strain. I worked in retail throughout the whole thing. But people put their faith in medical professionals to get these things right so their health and well-being are protected.

They have lost some experienced Doctors. I genuinely have little faith in some of the New Doctors. This used to be a great Practice. Hopefully the new team will gel into a professional group. Phones are better. But E-consult is no longer offered. With a GP. Experience is everything. Things can only get better.

After 35 minutes waiting I was cut off . I then had to resort to going to the a@e nearby for help. This is the 3rd attempt in a month ! Totally unacceptable!!!

I am always able to see a GP and the staff are very friendly. Today I saw a young female GP as I was concerned about my 5 month old. She was extremely thorough, did not rush, listened to me and called a paediatrician to check if we needed a follow up. She put my mind at rest and sent me information about my child’s illness. Feel incredibly lucky to have such a great GP surgery.
