   i tried to make a telephone appointment for my mother who is ouse bound tried their number for bath st and was referred back to the practice. phoned 9am by the time i otin the queue i was number 29 one hour later still wating to get through. awfull, awfull service, time to ditch this practice.

   Sorry that you were not able to get through. All calls are now taken at Brace Street and we have reviewed our staffing so calls are taken more efficiently.
