After suffering a very frightening episode of dizziness and compromised mobility as a result I phoned 111 a helpful doctor called back and booked an appointment at Brants Bridge. Seen on time by very kind and personable Doctor. She provided reassurance to me on a number of fronts. Still wobbly today but her advice and intervention was greatly appreciated. Thank you

Visit the centre today as my Son is unwell, practice nurse came to talk to me and my son, but when telling her about the symptoms she appears not interested to listen and told us that the centre only for minor injuries and should get G.p appointment. Phoned 111 and G.p appointment was arrange, my Son symptoms now get worst and have to bring my son to accident and emergency,few minutes later G.p phoned and advised us to go to urgent care or accident and emergency, how could an urgent care centre only take minor Injury cases.

I came with for an emergency ear assessment today and was impressed that the doctor covered all angles and had obviously throughly read my notes.

The lady at the reception (name unknown) failed to intimate us of our appointment despite notifying her of our arrival several times over a 45 min wait. She let everyone else who arrived after us see the doctor on time. Even when the doctor asked for the patient’s name, she didn’t inform her of our arrival. It was only when I wanted to reschedule the appointment that the lady let us in. This is highly unfair and discriminatory on the part of the receptionist since she knew we were there for nearly an hour. She didn’t even care for the patient’s age or health as my kid is just 6 years old and was suffering the whole time. Worst of all, she pretended as if it wasn’t her fault so didn’t even bother to apologise for the unnecessarily long wait. I can understand if the patient’s names are confusing at times but it’s the duty of the attending staff to ensure the patient is see on time. Worst hospital visit ever!

Having had a fall at home it was suggested Brants Bridge would be able to deal with the wounds. Visited on June 29th, wounds dressed and dealt with very professionally. Very impressed with the admin of the system and the very pleasant nursing department. Many thanks to all at Brants Bridge

It was quite busy but the person taking my blood test was very kind with a relaxing nature. I have a fear of needles (sometimes I faint during blood tests) and they did not make me feel like an inconvenience and made all the appropriate accommodations. I did not faint and left feeling happy thanks to the warm demeanour of the person taking the test. Thank you

Went there on Sunday morning. We were turned down, they could not help us but they told us to get an appointment on 111. We call and after a very extensive questionnaire, a GP call us within 15 min. He gave my son an appointment for 1 pm, we waited about 10 min but that is nothing compared to what you hear on TV (we were prepared for hours). We got a diagnosis, prescription etc and we were back home by 2:30 pm All the NHS staff is kind, caring and they do their best. They deserve all our respect and we are grateful. If we have not seen the doctor on the day my son will probably have had developed sepsis.

Generally always had a great experience here. Cannot fault the medical staff. However if you get a same day short notice appointment from your GP be aware you still may not get seen. I had 15 min to get there I arrived 2 mins before my appointment but the receptionist was chatting about her personal non medical stuff about her to others which meant I was 12 mins late for my appointment and they wouldn’t see me. She said she didn’t see I was waiting, there was a whole queue behind me and I was in view when she was talking to the other people. Wasted journey and now I can’t be seen. They need more reception staff.
