    I had a blood test back in October, the nurse said they will ring when results are back surprise surprise still waiting after two and a half weeks later, Utter shambles.

    One word : appalling. On hold for over 90 minutes and still counting. Impossible to get through and if you try to visit, they tell you no appointments are available. Complete waste of time

    There is no shortage of information on how to register for repeat prescriptions online. The difficulty is actually in placing the order. The pathway for doing this needs to be consistent. It is often difficult, sometimes impossible to find.

    I have no idea if this surgery is any good or not. I've spent the last 3 months trying to arrange an appointment. They dont answer the phones, won't accept bookings when I visit in person. Online bookings have very limited scope. Typically blood tests only, anything made outside of this gets cancelled. Doctor link seems to be a waste of time. For whatever reason they are unable to message back to arrange an appointment, instead they just call randomly. Due to work I am pretty much unable to take non arranged calls. If I then try to return the call, I can't get a reply. I don't know why it's so hard to simply send a message in the 21st century. I'm sure things were much easier in the days of carrier pigeons.

    Trying to get results of blood tests, with no success have have twice been on the phone for over an hour eventually I hung up to avoid heavy charges , do you not have enough staff? I am eighty two , and feel that the only way to be heard is to come and die on your doorstep!!!!! it is very sad, as your practice used to have such an excellent reputation, we can’t “vote with our feet” as there is no alternative, pretty depressing.
