    I have been a patient of this practice for many years. We always had such wonderful service from all members of the practice and it was well known it was one of the best in the county. Things started to fall apart when GPS reached retirement age and new GPS took their place. Sadly the quality of care was immediately impacted with one particular GP being very unhelpful and rude. The GPS left and we are now seen by locums. You think it cannot get any worse and then all of the tried and tested processes that worked so smoothly are replaced by new ones that don't work, especially regarding prescriptions. We now wait for hours to get our prescriptions, only to be told they don't have the medication, not ready for pick up etc. Patients are no longer the main focus of the practice with opening hours chopping and changing every few minutes and no attempt to communicate the changes. Appointments which were once readily available are now being booked weeks away. Needs a good shake up and a competent manager in place.

    Needed to be seen after a recent holiday abroad was seen day after I arrived back no problem getting an appt. was seen by GP and dealt with on that day couldn't fault the treatment and care that I was given by GP and staff. Would recommend this practice.

    I ha e been a patient at this surgery for 25 years and have never experienced patient care so appalling as it’s been post pandemic. The staff are rude, unhelpful and inefficient. I have had to queue for more than an hour on several occasions for prescriptions only to be told my medication is not available. Even when I ordered a repeat prescription it was not available. I’ve joined PA to avoid contact with the surgery but can’t make appointments or leave messages! Extremely disappointing and makes me feel vulnerable as a patient at this incompetent surgery.
