Review titled Not impressed
Rated 1 star out of 5
by Anonymous - Posted on 07 July 2023
I have been a paitent at Bramley Health and welbeing centre all my life ( was previously highfield medical centre). I have a long term condition and take daily medication. For the last year I have had so many issues with repeat presciptions not being sent the pharmacy. This has promted me to have to contact the surgery and dwell in the long wait times waiting for my call to be taken. I have been given incorrect information ( your prescrition has been sent, the doctor will sort within the hr ect) today i have had to ring the surgery 3 times and my presciption is still not sorted, i am currently on a transplant list and it is essential i get my medication to remain as healthy as possible in case i get a call to go on for my kidney transplant. I feel upset that the surgery seem to be playing at being doctors rather than helping the paitents effectivly. It needs to be addressed as the service is really poor, the reception staff are not great. I am under a great amount of stress because of this which on my condition is not good.

Review titled Spent over year trying to get appointment.
Rated 2 stars out of 5
by Dawn - Posted on 18 July 2023
I spent over a full year trying to get an appointment due to a broken foot , “because during covid I couldn’t get an appointment” got told they won’t do anything now and what do I hope to achieve if I get an X-ray, the best “physio” spoke to me and “was the best in his field” they said he knew right and whatever I requested they agreed with him. My response was answers to see what it broken and if it can be fixed. Got an ex ray … eventually. And the person who took the X-rays was confused as to why I said I hadn’t had an injury since. It’s the same Injury and I wasn’t wrong. Got time 7-10 days. After 11 I contacted doctors. For results It’s now been about 16 and still nothing. Keep trying to call can’t get through. Can’t see the point anymore. I don’t even get my antidepressants anymore because I can’t be bothered with this ”pants” excuses. They always told me “go through the right Chanels but wouldn’t tell me what they were

Dear Dawn, I am sorry to learn that you were unhappy with your recent experience. The physio service is provided by a different organisation and they use our rooms at the Practce. However, we would be pleased to look further into this for you if that would be helpful. Please could you write to the Practice an outline of your complaint above and your full name and address it to "Adam Bolton, Practice Manager". Once we have received this, we will investigate. Thank you again for leaving your feedback. Your GP Surgery
