If you could contact the surgery and ask to speak to either the Practice Manager or Operations Manager and we would be more than happy to help you. I'm sorry we weren't able to provide this information at the time of your visit, but we will endeavour to assist you the best we can. Bramley Village

  2. Review titled No record or help

Rated 1 star out of 5

I had my vaccine here on the 19th August, vaccine itself was fine but I was given no card afterwards with the batch number or proof of the vaccine. I am now in complete and utter stress because the vaccine was never recorded onto my health records and I go on holiday next week. I have called reception and they were horrible and so unhelpful saying they will refer it to the "covid team" and its "nothing to do with them". How does a professional health clinic not give you proper forms after a treatment, not record your treatment and then create mental stress through lack of support, horrendous.

Dear patient, I am sorry to learn of your recent experience regarding your vaccination at the covid vaccination centre held at Bramley Village. The service does not issue cards as the status is recorded on a national IT system which is then subsequently forwarded to your GP Surgery (the service held is for Leeds population). Nevertheless, when you called reception team, they are able to forward your issue to the covid vaccination team and I am sorry if this was not the case. I would be grateful if you could call the Practice on Monday and request to be put through to either the covid team or the Practice Manager, informing reception that you were directed to do so by the Managing Partner. We will be able to assess if the vaccination was recorded on the national system and determine whether the issue relates to either an incomplete record or a national IT system fault. Either way, we will be able to assist you on this matter given the urgency of your situation. Again, I apologise for any stress caused to you if the events were as you described and we will resolve the matter as a matter of urgency for you. Yours faithfully, Managing Partner Bramley Village
