You’d expect a bit more assistance from a health professional, but bramley gp is not the one. Having a horrible chest infection, trying to get an appointment after waiting for a solid hour on the phone, only to be dealt in an abrupt and dismissive way to be told there are no appointments and can try again tmrrow, with no promise of appointment ofc.hopefully you don’t get horribly ill around Bramley, and need to see a doctor.

We do offer a range of e-consultations which you can submit online and a clinician will aim to contact you back within 48 hours. Phoned at 8am on 3/1/23 , and it said I was 68 in queue I accept that but was on the phone 1 hour and 20 minutes when I finally got through and not get in to see a gp which I was not surprised told me to phone back following day which I did at 8 am I was 28 in line so thought I would get in 45 minutes later no appointments left , I have suffered with a very bad chest infection for 3 weeks now I suffer with asthma which does not help and it seems to me the surgery does not care .

We do offer a range of e-consultations which you can complete online and a clinician will be in touch within 48 hours.
