My mum is at home recovering from a hip replacement op. I’m looking after her primarily whilst we wait for the installation of a stairlift. The installation was delayed by a few weeks. Which meant my diabetic medicines wouldn’t cover my extended stay. But a quick call to Brach End Surgery annd they couldn’t be more helpful. They sorted prescription cover from a local pharmacy and even texted me the address. First class. Thank you so much.

Perfect example of a well ran practice. From registering at the waiting room entrance to leaving I found it very relaxing. In observing how other patients were treat was evidence to how the best ethics are put in to practice

Experienced a worrying issue, phoned for an urgent appointment at about 1pm but none available, suggested urgent care. From there referred back to practice, rang at about 2.30. Suggested I ring first thing next day to get a same day appointment but within half an hour had a return call offering a cancellation - saw doctor before 5pm. Referred + tests following day. 2 working days later I have 2 follow on appointments arranged. Everybody that I came in contact with in the surgery was first rate - a big thank you!

My consultation today was excellent. My concerns were listened to and advice given. Test were arranged and I was told of possible outcomes. I was reassured and very grateful.

Had my annual asthma review with one of the Practice Nurses here. By far one of the nicest nurses/gps I’ve had a check up with. He was really informative and had great bedside manner. He took the time to demonstrate how to use the inhaler and insured I understood everything clearly. He also gave me my flu jab there and then too just to save me a separate trip to the surgery. I felt totally relaxed and safe during my appointment with him. Thanks again

The one-way system that was in operation for the flu jab was swift and very effective, and took no more than 5 minutes to complete.

Was extremely happy with my recent experience at Branch End which was to have a flu jab. The whole experience was extremely efficient and as always everyone very pleasant and professional
