Yesterday was my first visit to my new GP practice, I had left my previous one due to lack of care and support after pleading and begging for help. My new GP Dr Kapur was so welcoming and very patient with me and allowed me to take my time in expressing my struggles and we built good rapport.i don’t know how long I was I. His office for but did not feel rushed one bit. This practice was recommended to me by my pharmacy as I asked them which practice is the best on the area. I had left my appointment in tears of relief and I told the practice manager my positive feedback on my way out, that I’m finally going to get the support I need going forward. Dr Kapur made me feel like I have nothing to worry about anymore and that I’m in good hands. This means a lot to my peace of mind and I’m now looking forward to the next steps of recovery. The receptionists are very polite and helpful with the NHS app also and that was the icing on the cake for me. This practice clearly cares about the patients that walk through that door. Thank you

I have Been a patient at this health centre since it opened in 2011. Very happy with today’s service. The receptionists and manager were welcoming and treated me with respect, both in person and over the telephone. My appointment was given in a timely fashion. The doctor and phlebotomist were knowledgeable, caring and went over and beyond to deliver the best possible care. I believe The clinic and staff is an asset to the Leicester community.

Doctor was very caring, compassionate and went out of his way to explain the treatment for my condition. Experience was very good and nothing could be have been better. Excellent listening skills. Involved me in all decision making. I also appreciate the tireless efforts of the receptionists. Friendly and cheerful.

We have added more clinical sessions every week since last year, despite of that it is impossible to meet the demand of patients. I consulted with the Doctor on 25/03/2024 With acute abdominal pain and after carefully listening to my concerns and thorough examination he recommended a full blood test before taking further actions. I was included in all decisions making and asked me to make appointment at the reception for blood test. Although the blood test clinic was very busy on that day, the phlebotomist very kindly slotted me in with minimal wait. The kind action and compassion and thoughtfulness of the staff, my blood results came in the following afternoon, I was admitted to Glenfield Hospital via A&E at Royal Infirmary. I was treated at Glenfield Hospital for my condition and recovered soon. The considerate action by the Doctor and kindness of the receptionist staff on that day, my recovery was speedy. Otherwise I would be waiting 5/6 days longer if the phlebotomist did not slot me in on the day of my appointment with the Doctor. I would like to thank the Doctor, all the receptionists and phlebotomist for their swift action on that day. They were all kind, considerate and polite to me. Thank you.

When I called the surgery in the morning and it was so quick to get the appointment to see the GP. Reception staff was very kind, empathetic and compassionate towards me.they were very helpful and bubbly. Staff was very attentive and sympathetic towards my concern.I am so grateful to be registered at this Surgery.Thank you is not enough for this wonderful service.

The GP, Nurse and staff at the Surgery were more than helpful , courteous and informative. I had smear test today with the nurse. I had been stressed to have this done but the nurse made me feel at ease and explained everything to me which made it very comfortable for me. The nurse is very kind and patient. Thank you.
