when i finally got to speak to someone, i was palmed off wity 101 or 111 - no more spades left. staff were rude, when challenged i got "sorry you feel that way" passive aggressive! receptionists that think they are medically qualified... the job is answering phones and booking in a calendar.

Last week I had unpleasant experience when I asked for help at reception. Unprofessional lady not even tried to help me, just like heartless person or I spoke s to a pretty robot at reception! Used to be such a lovely and friendly qualified staff but unfortunately it is no longer exists.
