   I would like to provide some feedback regarding my recent visit for a blood test. I arrived 3 minutes late and was unable to be seen, despite having experienced longer wait times for my appointments in the past. I believe it’s important for both patients and staff to be mindful of appointment times. If there are delays on your end next time , what is my rights then , I have not been seen by being late just for 3 mins…. But keep waiting to be seen 20mins !??!! I am disabled and have a 6 yrs old child. Horrible service at Bream Surgery.
