    Recently had a really good experience with their senior manager, who manages the surgery, while the receptionists were not very helpful. As a parent who carries sooo much at the moment called the GP to help me with a request, the receptionist told me that this is not their job and I need to contact somewhere else and were not keen to help me at all. I became frustrated and asked to talk to someone higher. The senior manager was very nice and caring, he listened to me and promised me to come back to me with some sort of solution within 24 hours. The day after, he contacted me and told me that he had contacted that department ne my behalf and sorted out my problem. He calmly explained to me how to do it myself next time. Although I'm not happy with the receptionists but I believe this GP deserves to get five stars!!! They have really good doctors and nurses who are really nice and look aftering you. Also, a nice manager who really helped me in this disaster situation and made my day. Thank you.

    I switched to this new GP surgery a few months ago after a disappointing experience elsewhere, and I can confidently say that they have exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I stepped through their doors, I have received nothing but exemplary care and exceptional customer service. One of the standout aspects of this GP surgery is the dedicated care provided by my named GP. They have consistently demonstrated a genuine concern for my well-being and have taken the time to listen attentively to my concerns. Their expertise and thoroughness have instilled a sense of confidence in me, knowing that I am receiving top-notch medical attention. Furthermore, I must emphasize the outstanding customer service I have received through e-consult. The team behind this platform has been nothing short of prompt and caring. Whenever I have sought advice or submitted an inquiry, I have always received timely responses, often within the same day. The team's attentiveness and willingness to go the extra mile to address my concerns have left me truly impressed. Overall, I am immensely grateful for the care and support I have received at this GP surgery. The exceptional service have made a significant difference in my experience as a patient. I wholeheartedly recommend this GP surgery to anyone seeking compassionate and reliable healthcare.

    I called 8.30 for appointmen after 40 minute waiting no appointment available Every days cant se you GP Very bad service I Ben white them for 29 year was very good before.

    Dear Mr Boumesbah, I am so sorry to hear you had such difficulty calling to make an appointment at the practice. I agree that especially in the morning we struggle to answer all of the calls in such a timely manner. We constantly look at ways of trying to ease the pressure on the telephone system. If you would prefer to access us through the patches online system please dont hesitate to call us. In the next 2 months we are having a new telephone system installed which will help patients and us manage the call burden better. Always feel free to call up the practice and speak to our management team to discuss such matters. We discuss and act on all the feedback we receieve. I thank you for your comments.
