   On several occasions over the last few weeks I have tried to call the practice to arrange appointments. Each time the number has been constantly engaged with no call queueing facility. This has meant making multiple calls before I could even join a call waiting queue. On one occasion I called over 300 times before getting into a queue and even them waited a further 40 minutes before the call being answered.

   Visited February 2024
