I have been registered with this practice for 7 years and have not used them once. The one time that I did need their service, I found the receptionist to be unhelpful, unwilling to listen and shunting to me to a pharmacist (who did not even bother to call me). I eventually went to a private GP to get the assistance which should have been performed by my registered GP.

I am sorry that the pharmacy we referred your case to didn't contact you, I will follow this up with them. This would have been the correct route for your condition and they would have been able to give you the medication you were later given at the practice. I have been with the surgery for as long as I can remember and when they merged I was apprehensive about how care might change. I am beyond grateful for the consistent care I have received from the surgery. They coped incredibly throughout the pandemic and adapted their practice in order to care for their patients in the best way possible in the circumstances! Most recently they have continued to shine through the care provided to my partner in some really difficult circumstances when other services have failed us, it’s just so reassuring to know that Bridgewater will never let us down! Thank you isn’t enough for the gratitude I feel. The best surgery in the area by far!

I called yesterday morning & registered myself for a call back . I was delighted to receive a callback after just a short while . I did not take the name of the kind lady that called me but she called me at 09:53 & I would just to really sing her praises and highlight her kind & understanding deameanour. She took real time to understand my needs & I thank her and the practice for this . Kind regards

Extremely happy with my doctor surgery. I have requested a same day appointment twice this month and have been given one with no problem. The reception staff are always polite and caring and I feel that they listen. I also booked an appointment with my doctor and was seen in 2 weeks for a routine appointment which I understand due to demand. I am really pleased with the services provided as I have heard terrible things about other doctor surgeries in the local area and I feel mine is very well managed to be able to give appropriate treatment and same day appointments this is very reassuring if you are feeling very unwell. I know my doctor is available via telephone appointment if I need support and help and messages are sent via text from my doctor is a great way of communicating any on going treatment and results. I would definitely recommend Bridgewater Surgeries. I have been very happy there for 15 years and the service has got better over this time. Keeping up to the ongoing challenges and changes doctors surgeries have had to face especially in recent years.

This Practice was recommended to me by a friend a year ago and I have no regrets leaving my former Practice near me. The staff at the reception are efficient, courteous and polite. To see a GP is always within days and in emergency in an hour or so. Thank you Bridgewater Surgery.

I always put off booking appointments but it was so easy, I was seen to very quickly and the doctor was lovely, don't know what I was worried about. Bridgewater Surgeries provide such a great service and work hard to be there for us :) Thank you!

I am going through a really hard time. With the loss of my parents and my break up. The doctor and the receptionists ate very helpful and understanding. They have guided me. This helped me to get the correct support and help I needed

Contacted surgery via online consult on Friday, spoke to a GP on Monday and had minor procedure on Thursday and whilst there made a same day appointment for another family member. I have to say that all through the pandemic times and since I cannot fault the surgery, performing fantastically despite all they have to contend with. Receptionists definitely don’t fit the stereotype either! Thank you!
