Went to gps in April with constant esophagus pain was told would do referral to hospital waited 16 weeks didn't get any appointment went back to gps symptoms getting worse to be told they forgot to do referral ..referred again as urgent by different gp was told maximum 4 week wait 9 weeks later still no appointment contact practice through nhs website to say i was now really worried but just got a text response back to say they have no control over waiting times.

Very impressed with my first visit to surgery …as I am new to the area. Reception and GP very friendly , knowledgeable and helpful. I’m pleased with the service I received.

From diagnosis through treatment and care, post operatively, doctors and staff at Bridgnorth Medical Practice have been first rate.
