It is my first time to go to the walk-in clinic. The reception is very polite and helpful. Although I’ve waited for nearly 3hrs, it is worth it. I was attended nicely by the GP and resolved my health condition. She is very compassionate, calm and efficient.

Great to be able to get seen by a doctor on a Sunday . A very useful service. I had cycled there and the helpful receptionist allowed me to leave it in the waiting room while I went for my prescription so that it didn’t get stolen.

I queued up just before 8am to see someone about a minor eye issue and left within the hour. The reception staff were polite, kind and professional. The doctor was amazing. Thank you!

Came to the walk in surgery with a severe embarrassing and difficult issue. Seen by a charming friendly Doctor who diagnosed what was wrong and gave appropriate treatment. Very satisfied

The doctor my 6 year old son saw was awful. He was rude and belittling. He spoke down to us and even asked “what do you want me to do” The other staff seemed nice and were very apologetic.

I went on a Saturday am, reception staff were friendly and helpful, had to wait 2 hrs to see a doctor, once seen the doctor was very helpful and attentive.

I was not sure what to expect as this was my first time at a walk-in clinic. Everyone from my arrival to my departure was very helpful and supportive. If I needed to go to a walk-in again I would not hesitate. It was clean distance chairs which I like.

Traveled to Brighton and lost my inhaler, went to the walk in and they were very helpful. Left within an hour with a inhaler. Thank you team.

Overall it was a very Good service. Easy to get to and find. I was told the approximate waiting time which was not far off in the end. The waiting room was very clean, also the public toilets too.I was seen quicker than I thought and was given good advice by the GP.

The doctor listened to my concerns, she explained the circumstances and issues around my concern. When providing medication gave clear information on what next.
