Very helpful staff. Didn’t have to wait long. Doctor was very helpful and reassuring. Talked about my problem and gave me very good advice. I’ll say it again the wait was not very long and I would definitely visit again as it’s right next to where I work. 10/10. Highly recommend.

Staff very helpful got me a taxi to take me to A & E at the Sussex Hospital, the Doctor I saw was excellent.

Went in with a upper urinary tract infection ( which can become nasty quite quickly). Was seen, my complex medical history carefully listened to, examined and given a prescription for stronger antibiotics and instructions of what to do if I still remained ill. To be honest the treatment and speed at the walk in centre was better than my GP at home. So many thanks and 5 star treatment

From the NHS call to collecting the prescription sent by GP following diagnosis, the whole experience was professional, helpful and highly efficient. The staff at reception were also great.

Due to waiting for over 30 minutes on the phone from my own practice only to be offered a telephone call at some stage in the day, I felt my condition needed more urgent attention but serious enough to go to the hospital. After arriving at the centre I was seen within 20 minutes by a doctor who was informative, didn’t rush me and offered me several solutions to my issue. I would recommend to anyone how lucky are we to have such a great service on our doorstep.

From the ladies on reception to seeing a doctor all were fantastic. Arrived at 8 am as my son was poorly with tonsillitis to getting a prescription took 45 minutes. They were polite and thorough with everything. Our normal doctors in Lewes Road should go there to be trained up as they good learn a lot from this practice

I was very impressed to be seen within 10 minutes with my toddler who had an adverse allergic reaction to food, receptionists are very polite and helpful

I was seen quickly by a helpful reassuring doctor. Reception staff were brilliant when I had difficulties with the prescription. On the whole a very positive experience and a very effective service.

Arrived early one morning. Despite a number of people waiting I was seen promptly. Staff all very helpful, respectful and extremely pleasant. My issue was dealt with quickly and sympathetically. I was given a prescription which I collected shortly afterwards.

Just like the NHS used to be. You actually get seen. None of the phone queue hell and never getting a same day appointment. Superb.
