Though it took a while to be seen by a Dr, I was very happy with the Dr’s consultation. The Dr attended to my needs, checked my breaking and prescribed the perfect medication for my chest infection. Thank you 🙏🏾

Was seen very quickly and the staff was extremely helpful. I was seen within 5 minutes if filling up a form and the go that saw me was very professional and courteous.

I have everything possible because I leave quietly, without a doubt I explain very well what I had, I attended perfectly, I think it is the first time I feel so satisfied.

On arrival, I was greeted by a polite and friendly receptionist. I was seen within a reasonable time. I was seen and diagnosed by a very friendly nurse. She was friendly and very knowledge about my condition. I would definitely use this very valuable service again.

Seen quickly, doctor was brilliant, felt that all details were listened too. This service was used as my Doctors told me my daughter couldn’t have appointments on this day and we had to wait 3 days to ring again and try again we were told to call 111 they told us to go here and we are so pleased we did. My daughter had an ear infection

I was visiting from abroad and had forgotten to pack my prescription medications. The walk in facility welcomed my request for assistance to the extent possible to get a standby prescription for me to get the required medication from a pharmacy. The staff were helpful and friendly and I was impressed that the NHS provided such a useful free service to a traveller. There is much to admire in having such a good facility. My thanks to all concerned.

I was seen within 5 minutes of arrival to ask for an emergency prescription for an item I had forgotten to bring with me on my holiday which was essential. Really kind and understanding member of staff that issued one straight away.

Not as long a wait as I feared. Doctor listened to me and was happy to discuss and explain in an intelligent manner. Did not rush me. Beyond the call of duty. Thank you.

I was in and out in 30 mins nd the doctor and nurses were all very friendly.. Very grateful for this drop-in clinic and for all the NHS services.

I tried to get appointment with my GP in Crawley but they advised me to go to walk in medical centre. I was already in Brighton because I work there, and I decided to go to Brighton Station Walk-in Clinic. I already had good experience with this place. I have been waiting for nearly three hours before I saw a doctor. But Doctor was nice, friendly and above all very helpful. I have got medication for my lungs and advice for the further action. I would recommend this clinic because they really care about patients.
