Seen promptly by caring and understanding doctor who undertook a thorough examination and prescribed the correct medication. Friendly and welcoming reception staff. Thank you

Was very quick and better that my own doctors Walked in and was seen within 30min!!! I couldn’t get an appointment at my own doctors for 11 days!! I was having problems with m asthma treatment was given the prescription I needed very greatful for the help and caring manner I received

Absolute fantastic service. Walked in and seen a GP within 1hr 20, the doctor was very informative and actually interested in what i had to say! We need to give these doctors our respect, 12hrs a day, it was 2pm she still hadn't eaten lunch...x

Polite staff, waited around 40mins to be seen! Very Professional, checked me out and I was Grateful I was administered what I had asked Antibiotics

My first experience of this (or any) drop-in service and it was really positive. My waiting time was 1:40 but I was prepared for this, and the alternative for me with the injury I had would have been A & E. Reception staff were very efficient as was the nurse who treated me attentively. Very happy with the service

Had to wait for a total of 3 hours after being advised by 111 to go - when I was finally seen I was told they can’t do anything for me and I would have to go to my gp

Unfortunately although the nurse who treated me was competent, she completely lacked warmth and made no effort to connect on any level. Treated like a time waster.

Was seen after 2 hour wait about an ear infection The doc was great, listened to what I had to say and accommodated me and my issue.

Had a wander into the drop in center as my GP appointment was for another 2 weeks. The advanced practitioner was very friendly and knowledgeable and provided next steps for me. Got seen in just under 30mins. Thankyou!
