Review titled Long wait
Rated 1 star out of 5
by Paul Griggs - Posted on 18 November 2024
I had to wait over four weeks for a telephone appointment They close the phone lines for lunch instead of having to split lunches And on average you wait 20 Mins just to get hold of anybody if you’re lucky

Review titled Kind and caring
Rated 5 stars out of 5
by Rachel Beale - Posted on 12 June 2023
Staff all always kind and caring regardless of the strain that they are under and the abuse that they take is horrendous. They are apologetic and empathise with you. The nurses are always happy and extremely supportive. They dealt with my Mothers end of care so quickly and made her last unexpected few months with care and dignity.

Review titled Perfect care
Rated 5 stars out of 5
by D R WILLIAMS - Posted on 16 June 2023
I am not a member of this practice however, my mum fell over and would not call the doc's, I found out a week later, I saw a photo of her and called the practice to ask if they could get to see her, I was told that would not be possible because she needs to call so, I sent the photo in and they made contact within a very short time, she was in the next day and found to have a fractured wrist, she also had two broken teeth. This practice has been outstanding in their duty of care in this situation and I can't thank them enough, I am miles away and this was my only form of contact so, the full 5 stars goes to all the staff that were involved in this horrid situation. Thank you all for looking after my mum and keep up the good. work

Need an appointment for suspicious mole, ntokd mo appointment for 2 months and to try and call in 5 days for on the day call. Virtually no doctors left, the town has more than doubled over the years, no increase in doctors just a sever decrease

Review titled Terrible practice
Rated 1 star out of 5
by Anonymous - Posted on 17 January 2023
Unfortunately after many years with the practice I’ve had nothing but very bad experiences. It is impossible to get an appointment regardless of whether it’s an emergency or routine. Patients keep being advised to keep trying to phone at 8 am to hopefully get an appointment. Due to everyone calling at that time it is impossible to get through to the practice, can’t even get on hold. Not everyone has time to be sitting by the phone at 8 am every day due to work commitments. My condition still remains untreated due to not being able to be seen.
