Staff are rude and dismissive apart from 2 Drs, none of the rest take anything I say seriously and I'm still battling to get some kind of diagnosis for ongoing and quite worrying symptoms. Receptionist also very rude, one hung up on me before I was even finished talking

I was recently called in for a lung function test. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. Everything was explained to Me. The results were communicated and explained in detail and treatment given. If ever I need to call up for a medical issue I have been called back promptly and seen by a Consultant whenever was necessary. Keep it up Broadwater Medical Centre.

The eConsulting system can be a bit of a drag and to rigid but once you're passed that I can't fault the staff or the care

I received very good service by being sent to A & E immediately when it was thought I may have had a blood clot, fortunately it wasn’t but a ruptured bakers cyst. I needed to call the surgery two days later who responded immediately

I was asked to do a weeks recordings and submit them using a text hyperlink. Generally it worked well and was quite easy. The key issue with it that didn’t work consistently was the request for a reminder despite clicking to request one. I will be interested in what next from the surgery re communication as it took a month to sort out treatment change early this year. It could have been easily sorted by contacting me via email or text.

Over a period of a few weeks I've needed to access service to diagnose and treat shingles. The surgery has been excellent at meeting that need. The systems in place now for handling patient requests are very good. I also had a non-urgent request to present. In talking with the receptionist I was unaware that the system used for the more acute need still seems to apply to this. Sadly, when I came off the phone I thought "oh, the receptionist must expect every patient to be demanding if their request can't be responded to in the way the patient expected". I say this because the way I was spoken with seemed sharp and felt a little defensive. In my working life I have been a GP receptionist, so I have some idea of what it's like, and can sympathise. Overall I'm very grateful for the service the practice provided. Thank you.

Telephone appointments mostly as I have mobility problems and now 81 but I am really impressed that a doctor always phones back the same day, listens carefully and says I can make a face to face appointment if I choose. Nothing is forgotten by them and I really feel I am being taken care of by the practice. My last face to face appointment was in September. The doctor was very thorough and reassured me on everything that was concerning me. He examined me in the areas presenting problems, made helpful suggestions about cutting down one of my medications which I have carried out.

Very pleased, I had severe pain at the top of my leg which turned out to be Sciatica. Had an appointment with a doctor within an hour. The Doctor I saw wa very kind and details about my condition. Extremely satisfied
