I needed advice on arthritis symptoms. The doctor advised me to continue doing exercises and I was given an injection to deal with the painful joint.

I phoned this morning to make an appointment and was 29th in the queue. The receptionist was very calm and reassuring and a few minutes later the receptionist rang back to make an appointment later that day. The Paramedic was thorough and understanding when reviewing my condition and the prescription medicine was available to collect later that afternoon. I recommend this practice.

Although it takes a while to get through, I spoke to a very pleasant receptionist and then a bit later had a call from a member of the healthcare team. She was very kind and helpful and arranged to issue a prescription for me. All sorted by 10 am. It's easy to complain but I have to say that in the current climate I thought this was excellent service. Thank You.

I had a very reassuring and helpful telephone consultation with Dr b. Always listens carefully and is very sympathetic to the issues. I was very happy with the advice given.

A clear precise phone call . Friendly service with very understanding instructions . Always patient and listens to all concerns I may have , I have found the calls are very clear .

When you hear so many complaints about medical practices, it is with great pleasure I write this review. I would like to thank all involved in my visit to the practice on Monday 9th September. From my calling at 8.00am for an appointment, with my call being answered at 8.15, and a further call at 8.30 advising of my appointment that day at 9.45, all on a Monday morning!. I would particularly like to thank the Doctor I saw for his patience and kindness.

My experience with the practice was excellent. From my fist phone call to be given an appointment was less than an hour . Was seen on time and wasn't rushed. Great surgery great People!

Hi, just wanted to say thank you for texting me info about the results of a recent chest x ray. The appointment at Worthing Hospital was expedited within the day and the hospital were expecting me when I arrived so check in was really efficient. Rather than waiting I appreciated getting the review of the results texted to me by the surgery. Thank you

I wrote to the surgery on 15 July but l am still awaiting a reply. Despite numerous visits to the surgery to ask for confirmation of receipt of my correspondence l do not seem to be able to progress this matter.

Phoned up for a routine appointment at 14.30. Told they are at capacity and to ring tomorrow morning and the may be able to help. This contradicts the website which says if you have a routine problem that can wait 1-2 weeks then either fill out an e-consult or ring the surgery for an appointment. Surgery needs to make up its mind on how to deal with routine problems.
