The Doctor I saw was a trainee and gave exceptional time and service finding a solution to my problem. I would definitely see him again

I've recently had to be seen a few times at Broken Cross for an ongoing issue. All the staff have been brilliant everytime. From the reception through to the Physicians. They have listened to my problem and been very thorough in trying to identify what is wrong by changing medication, blood tests and referring for further investigation

My doctor was very understanding and tried his best to reassure in a very difficult situation. I read his diagnosis on NHS app and he explained it very well. He was polite and considerate. I was very upset and stressed and eventually when I calmed down he confirmed he would do his best to follow-up with further investigations if needed. I am grateful he spent time in the phone and didn’t rush off.

The Dr took the time to go through all my symptoms and was very reassuring. Most importantly he was super with 2 year old son who he kept well entertained throughout which allowed me to feel a lot more comfortable. I was very impressed! Thank you for the great service

The pharmacy technician and GP that I dealt with in December were exceptional in their care. They were professional, but more importantly kind and caring. They did not hurry through discussions and appointments. I am extremely grateful.

Both of my sons suffered very badly with acute illnesses recently, and all of the doctors that we saw at the surgery acted promptly, with diligence and kindness. We have had to made numerous calls/trips to the GPs and each time my sons received accurate and considered advice and care. Following my sons’ illnesses, one GP made a personal phone call to check upon myself and my sons after an incredibly difficult time with my sons’ health. Both of my sons were treated efficiently and the promptness of another two doctors saw that he was sent to hospital to avoid a potentially fatal event. I have been with the surgery a number of years and I myself have complex health issues, and always find the surgery to be responsive, reasonable and kind in their care. All of the team work incredibly hard to deliver the best possible care in the community.

I needed to contact the practice this morning to see if I could have an amendment to my prescription. My call was answered promptly, and I was put through to the relevant person. The amendment was dealt with, and the person was very polite, friendly and efficient. Very satisfied.

Review titled I am at my wits end with this practice

Moved practices 4 years ago. They started messing about with my medication. I was working and In a position that required lifting of very heavy goods. Already with a back problem and severe pain I continued to work. Then they decided to play good doctor and try to take me off medication which worked for years. After numerous times of running out of my medication and being given it weekly which is a nightmare on its own: they would say halfway through the week before I ran out to order it early then not allow me to order it bacause it was to early o have gone into full blown withdrawal off the medication at least 20 times now and have experienced agony. Then whilst I have no meds in my system tell me to walk and order it???? It is really affecting me and most of the receptionists are nice but I’ve been made to feel awful today and because of my loss of job because of all of the messing about my mental health has suffered. I have a lot going on at the moment and don’t feel the receptionist help I actually felt suicidal before as I have a lot going on and her reply was after what I perceived as a bad attitude was go to a and e the doctor won’t deal with that. I feel really poorly I rang to complain and she said you’ll have to come In how do you extract me to walk in when I have no medication??? It’s gone on for long enough. Doctors are really good. Receptionists need to learn how to speak to people.

I am a newish patient at this practice and have had really good treatment from the doctors and nurses. I contacted the surgery by telephone to make an appointment with a doctor. The receptionist who answered was quite abrupt and rude making me feel like I was a nuisance. I was quite shocked.
