  1. Review titled Great service.

Rated 5 stars out of 5

by Timothy Temple - Posted on 03 April 2025

I contacted the surgery yesterday to get a fit note for work I was contacted within less than an hour and I had a face to face appointment within two hours. I was seen by a GP and a trainee GP both were very professional, patient and understanding. I had to pop back to the surgery to chase up my prescription and the GP saw me in the waiting area. She reassured me that it was all sorted now. Fantastic customer service from all areas at the surgery. Thank you keep up the good work.

  2. Review titled Amazing student nurse

Rated 4 stars out of 5

by Bilal - Posted on 07 April 2025

The student nurse on the ground floor has been nothing but incredible in my wound care after surgery, she ensures I get regular dressing changes and has a great treatment plan. Patient care is her priority as she ensures I am comfortable while cleaning my open wound by taking a respectful and careful approach, regularly checking in with me to make sure any pain or discomfort is not felt during the cleaning process. She had made this difficult and painful recovery a much easier process.

Dr and her Assistant .saw me today at 11.00 .they was both very thura and professional during my visit .Dr. made me feel very comfortable and she is like a doctor from back In the 80s (being that she goes the extra mile and genuinely loves to help people whom are not well) she reminds me of a traditional family doctor

Pleased with the minor surgery treatment under your doctors, as well as the attention of staff in organising the appointment. Procedure was efficient and comfortable, recovery smooth and quickly as indicated.

  5. Review titled Excellent GP practice for minor surgery. Painless.

Rated 5 stars out of 5

by Mr SC - Posted on 04 September 2024

I was referred for minor surgery to remove moles/tags that had become painful. The team of GP partner and a very skilled Physician Associate were great from start to finish. They gave me ample reassurance about the procedure, info about aftercare, and made the mole removals as painless as possible. They alleviated any stress about undergoing minor surgery. Great patient care!

  6. Review titled Wonderful Customer Service

Rated 5 stars out of 5

by Sophie - Posted on 19 June 2024

I didn’t get her name, but the blonde woman working at the front desk on the afternoon of 19th June was beyond helpful and kind to me when I was having a panic attack. She took the time to help me and talk me through what I needed to do when I wasn’t sure and really calmed me down - I was so grateful for her kindness especially as she was dealing with back to back enquiries but could see that I was distressed and took the time to help me. Thank you so, so much - this kind of service really means a lot to people, even more so after sitting in the waiting area for a while as you can see/hear how much the staff have to deal with - constantly one thing after the other - yet still provide wonderful service like this.

  7. Review titled Excellent care

Rated 4 stars out of 5

I had minor surgery recently, and was impressed by the doctor. She explained the procedure very clearly, and there was very little discomfort. She gave care and consideration during the time I was there.

  8. Review titled Great practice but long waiting times to be seen

Rated 4 stars out of 5

by Anonymous - Posted on 19 March 2024

I had an appointment on the 11th of March and had to wait over 1 hour to be seen by the GP and was extremely sick. The same happened to my husband this morning. He booked an appointment at 8:10 and at 8:40 had to leave practice because had to send kids to school. I may understand that when is an afternoon appointment the doctor may run late but at 8 in the morning camon is lack of professionalism. The practice has to work around long waiting lists, as all those people waiting may infect each other.

  10. Review titled Minor surgery clinic

Rated 4 stars out of 5

by Hilary Bruce - Posted on 01 March 2024

Two days ago, two staff members removed quite a large sebaceous cyst from my neck. My treatment during the procedures was wholly professional, kind and thoughtful. I knew exactly what was being done when it was done, and why. There was no pain. And I have just the neatest of stitches. Day after the op, slight soreness, today, no pain, soreness, swelling nor redness. I am extremely grateful to the doctors and the practice for relieving me of a most unappealing feature that, after having annoyed me for nigh on 40 years, has now gone.
