    I called up on the 10th November anticipating the usual abrupt service and I was pleasantly surprised. The lovely lady on the phone listened to me and was so kind. She booked me an appointment without any fuss. Great service!!

    Dear Louiza Papadopoullos Thank you for your positive feedback and sharing your experience. We are pleased our services and systems are working well, and as intended, and the receptionist assisted you with your specific needs. The reception staff are trained to signpost patients to the most appropriate service as required. Although these are challenging times, our dedicated team of clinical and administrative staff have worked tirelessly to ensure the Practice runs efficiently and effectively and be customer focused at all times. We value patient feedback to help us improve. We are expanding our Patient Participation Group (PPG).     My recent experience of the practice for the care of my parents has been excellent. Caring understanding, listened too. All areas of help were offered and followed up. Thank you. Really appreciate all your help.

Your positive feedback consolidates the hard work we have put in over the past few years and our commitment to continually improve. We are very fortuante to have a conscientious, caring and professional Practice team of clinical staff and administrative staff, who are dedicated to providing the best possible healthcare and customer care service at all times. We ensure staff undertake regular training to maintain and improve their knowledge and skills. We hold regular clinical and staff team meetings to ensure we share information and discuss patient feedback to continuously improve services we offer and to maintain a high level of customer service to our patients. Although this can be challenging due to NHS limitations, staff shortages, etc, we continue to strive to maintain the highest level of care and service to our patients. We value all comments and feedback, which is important to help us improve the services we provide and ensure patients receive the best customer service experience.     I have been impressed with the quality of care and service at this surgery. During my most recent visit, a GP showed a great deal of care, empathy and patience. I felt listened to and my preferences were taken account of. I felt I was given sufficient enough time and didn’t think I was being rushed. We know that the NHS is overstretched and the staff are overworked. However, the level of service and care at this surgery is really high and reassuringly stable.
