    Really improved patient care at this surgery from the way receptionists engage with me and the way the Doctors listen and provide a way forward. The swiftness in dealing with E consults is also good and I always get a response and in most cases a phone call from the GP within 24 hrs of submitting an E consult form. I never feel we rushed over the phone and am confident that when I need to see the Dr they always call me in. The surgery itself is always clean and the blood pressure/height/weight machine is excellent - doing all these important readings whilst waiting means no time is wasted during the appointment with the Dr. This practice has improved greatly over the last 18 months and I’m very grateful to be a patient at this surgery! Thank you to the amazing Doctors!!

    Dear I Alibhai Thank you for taking the time to feedback your positive experience of the Doctors and staff and the Practice as a whole. Your positive feedback consolidates the hard work we have put in over the past few years and our commitment to continuously improve the care and service we provide. We are very fortuante to have a conscientious, caring and professional Practice team of clinical staff and administrative staff, who are dedicated to providing the best possible healthcare and customer care service at all times. We ensure staff undertake regular training to maintain and improve their knowledge and skills. We hold regular clinical and staff team meetings to ensure we share information and discuss patient feedback to continuously improve services we offer and to maintain a high level of customer service to our patients. Although this can be challenging due to NHS limitations, staff shortages, etc, we continue to strive to maintain the highest level of care and service to our patients. We value all comments and feedback, which is important to help us improve the services we provide and ensure patients receive the best customer service experience.     I find it easier to book appointments as there are lots of different ways to request an appointment, communication is easier as possible to communicate electronically and over the phone. The responses from the practice are so much faster compared to before. I have been with the practice for many years and despite the increase in the workload for the doctors the response time is faster. There appears to be more clarity in the rules and protocols for the admin staff so they are able to direct me on next course of action very efficiently and are able to pass on my messages/concerns to the doctors very quickly

    *Phone consultations with doctors have been unhurried and effective. *Receptionists are polite, kind and efficient * I have always been able to contact a doctor when I've needed to. *I have received detailed and clear explanations of what is wrong and what I can expect to happen * Follow-up consultation offered should the need arise * The practice reflects an inclusive and caring ethos. I have never been made to feel that I'm wasting anyone's time.
