The drs and nurse practioners here are very good but in order to get to see anyone you have togo through the most difficult of procedures. I do not have online access and when i call in am told i must contact them online. I am there, the receptionist is there and the clinitians are there but we cannot organise anything other than online. This is crazy. I kniw other practices in the area have the same system but can circumvent this if a patient directly contacts them. This practice seems unable or unwilling to accommodate a patient in front if them, and even if the clinitian you do get to see tells you to come back in "two weeks" you cannot make an appointment and need to go through the whole process again! Not good! I was also told if I really needed an appointment to go to the on call servuces and see a dr somewhere else! These are my gps why am i being sent somewhere else. Very unhappy with this system other surgeries are much more accommodating, and it is so sad to think about changing as the clinicians are good

'Website suspended' message. Tried phone. 3 times got to number 1 only to be cut off and told to try later. Tried later to be told it was too late!!! The very poor condescending attitude of most of the receptionists is very frustrating, as the GPs are excellent. The 'final straw' was to be given the wrong 'new' website address.

Tried to book an appointment, not urgent in a few weeks only to be told to book online. The website doesn't even work, this website has been suspended. And can only book on the day. This system is not fit for purpose.

Very poorly Experience , with my carpol tunnel syndrome recently ! Pharmacist even lied in my medical report , they put all sorts of notes, what they are not true , have been left with with extreme pain , sleepless nights! Very unethical, uncaring!

Never had an issue with the surgery except the phones - just tried to ring and was in the queue and got cut off twice. This is not the first time this has happened.
