Been with them since they opened over 20 years ago. Docs and practice nurses are brilliant. No problem getting appointments. They have their own pharmacy to dispense your medication so no having to go to a chemist.

The entire team at Budbrooke Medical Centre are without doubt the best you could ever wish for. Nothing is too much trouble and given all you hear in the press about the difficulties in getting appointments etc, this is never the case at Budbrooke.

An amazing service from a very well run practice. Never had an issue getting an appointment. Staff are friendly and approachable - follow through and communication are excellent. There are many practices that could learn a lot from Budbrooke.

Our family moved to Budbrooke Medical Centre on the recommendation of a friend. Appointment waiting times at my previous surgery were impossible. Budbrooke staff provide an excellent service. Our impression is that the practice is responsive, efficient and caring.

Due to my shifts I asked if I could have an evening appt with a GP I was offered an appt to suit me This means a lot when you are restricted to certain times and not able to make or answer phone calls at work

Such compassion, understanding and kindness from reception, nurses and doctors. Always listen and react. Could not fault the service. They always vsteivevto help and support.

We’ve been patients of Budbrooke MC for over 20 years & have always been impressed by the outstanding service it offers - fabulous medical team, friendly & efficient support staff, ease of getting an appointment, on-site dispensary, good communication, the list goes on...
