I suffered sudden onset of disturbed vision. Lots of dots and wavy lines; quite worrying really. Phoned at 8.00 for an appointment. Met the doctor assigned to me at 9.30. They advised it was probably the not too serious Vitreous Detachment but could be Detached Retina. The Eye hospital would be contacted and asked to contact me direct whuch they did at midday. They made an appointment for 2.00pm the next day. I was seen by 3 professionals and treated with Laser surgery and back home by 6.00pm. Most impressed. It's a shame this review system does not allow for names but hopefully the GP who treated me and gave me their opinion and arranged for the Eye Hospital to contact me so quickly will read this and know their skill and professionalism was very much appreciated. Thankyou.

I had a minor ailment, rang the surgery at 2pm (27th February, 2024) and had a call back from the duty GP in less than 2 hours. A prescription was arrranged immediately and sent through to the local pharmacy. The medicine was collected at 4:30pm. Outstanding, quick and efficient service from all concerned. Many thanks.
