    Prior to Covid saw my doctor regularly, probably something to do with having a Stroke and receiving standard care. Since Covid 2019 I have only been to the clinic for a yearly blood test. I have had to resort to using the chemist for the flue jab as will quite easily go without if rely on this surgery. Recently was refused a perscription of Iron tablets due to a surgery mistake when their system was down and a new system was being setup. I received an unsheduled perscription of iron tablets. Due to taking longer to use them a repeat was refused, requiring a blood test to prove. By which time my iron levels were getting critical (dizziness, fatigue the usual culprits of low blood levels or low iron) found could buy them online. After the test the clinic panicked and resumed the perscription. I was this year given an email address to use for repeats, have just now found that address is now no longer functioning. No email to confirm this, no new email adress forwarded. No information about what I should do next. Quite honestly if I curled up and died only then do I think they would be happy. Am 61 working hard in a min wage job, I dont have time to doss around pop to the clinic as and when the time suits me. Due to my Stroke I often forget about everything and with a doctor as poor as this one it does me no favours.

    After being in a phone call waiting list for 45 minutes i finally got through to a woman with the worst telephone manner ive ever heard! Her job is to facilitate patients not to make them feel like a burden for having the cheek to be ill! Absolutely shocking service she ought to be ashamed

    I did an online consultation to see a Dr, I was only offered a ring back for 2 weeks later. On that day, I had my phone with me, and I got a text from the Dr saying, that I had the same symptoms as 3 years earlier and didn't really need a blood test, but he was happy to authorise one. I wanted to speak to him to say all symptoms I had and to talk about it, but no!! I have been let down. This was a really good practice, but now you can't get to see the Dr let alone speak to them. When I have been in the surgery, there is no-one in there!! Where are the people that you say you are looking after, because its not me when I need it, nor my husband when he needs it! Feeling very let down and very disappointed with the whole system. What happened to the day you could turn up, take a ticket and wait, this was more of a system, plus you did home visits of the elderly. Such a shame this system is totally broken.

    After several visits each less helpful than the previous one. One issue discussed was dismissed as a test had been done eight years before. Decisions made to help then overturned as deemed too expensive. GPs do not "listen" as focused on other issues not related to current problems. GP asking "what do you think I should do?". Not reassuring and now all faith and trust in gps gone, result is I will no longer bother to attend any practice. Receptionists helpful but surgery let down by disinterested gps.

    Always been absolutely fine with this surgery, up until now. I went in with a wee sample and the staff some how ‘ lost’ it. Nothing was said until I rang as was waiting for results. For questioned on the phone and then asked to come back in to redo it. This isn’t good enough when being pregnant and becoming very poorly.

    Request for an appointment after advised by medics to contact gp immediately. Response is over a week before they may or may not contact me. This is their version of expediting services for certain symptoms. My advice to anyone reading this is, go elsewhere!

    The staff at the surgery are all very pleasant and helpful. Highly professional and caring. I have felt well looked after for many years at this surgery and could not recommend them highly enough to anyone looking for care in Plymouth

    Four visits, first and second pointless as all help withdrawn as deemed "too expensive". Third was pointless and forth asked about an ongoing issue by gp, when I could ask about the issue I was there for told sorry I'm too busy. Worst service I have seen, and I'm an ex nurse!

    Completed e consult and was contacted promptly by gp. I then had issues with my prescription as the pharmacy it was sent to was unexpectedly closed and I was unable to get the prescription elsewhere. The receptionist at the surgery was super helpful and very sympathetic to my situation and quickly resolved the issue and managed to get another gp to sign a new prescription promptly, after re printing the original prescription did not resolve the problem.
